PROFCONTRACT VOOR JOSUA LUSAMBA TSHIOLOLA
SK Beveren maakt werk van de toekomst. De club biedt de 19-jarige Josua Lusamba Tshiolola zijn allereerste profcontract aan. De doelman ondertekende een overeenkomst voor twee seizoenen met een optie op nog een extra jaar.
Josua Lusamba Tshiolola is de zoon van Tshilola Tshinyama, beter bekend als ‘Tiko’. Deze naam doet bij voetballiefhebbers misschien nog een belletje rinkelen, want tussen 2007 en 2013 was de defensieve middenvelder maar liefst zes jaar lang actief bij Lokeren.
Het mag dan ook niet verwonderen dat ook Josua een groot deel van zijn jeugdopleiding bij onze buren genoot. Nadien trok hij naar Moeskroen om vervolgens bij de beloften van KV Kortrijk te belanden.
Afgelopen zomer maakte de doelman de overstap naar onze club. Na prima prestaties tijdens wedstrijden van onze U21 en op trainingen van de A-kern aarzelde SK Beveren niet om de beloftevolle doelman zijn allereerste profcontract aan te bieden.

Zijn impact voor het team groeide en dit profcontract is dan ook de logische beloning voor zijn groei en het potentieel dat we in hem zien. We hopen dat dit slechts de eerste van vele stappen is die hij in zijn carrière bij Beveren zal zetten en feliciteren hem dan ook met deze eerste mijlpaal.”

PRO CONTRACT FOR JOSUA LUSAMBA TSHIOLOLA
SK Beveren is investing in the future. The club is offering 19-year-old Josua Lusamba Tshiolola his very first professional contract. The goalkeeper has signed a deal for two seasons with an option for an additional year.
Josua Lusamba Tshiolola is the son of Tshilola Tshinyama, better known as ‘Tiko’. This name may ring a bell with football enthusiasts, as the defensive midfielder was active at Lokeren for a remarkable six years between 2007 and 2013.
It should come as no surprise that Josua also spent a significant part of his youth training at our neighbours. Afterwards, he moved to Moeskroen before landing with the reserves of KV Kortrijk.
Last summer, the goalkeeper made the switch to our club. Following excellent performances in matches with our U21 team and during first team training sessions, SK Beveren didn’t hesitate to offer the promising goalkeeper his very first professional contract.
